Digmetalworld is a New York City Independent Metal Label founded in 2007 by drummer Ignacio Orellana Alarcon in Poughkeepsie, NY, then moved to Manhattan, NY in 2015.
The label started out as a digital distributor when South American Metal wasn't anywhere online but and then as years passed by and everyone got online and the streaming media platforms took over, then we developed towards a more traditional kind of label.
As it is right now the label is only working with a very few number of bands, mostly the ones that Ignacio has been involved as a musician, photographer or videographer.
We distribute are releases worldwide via MVD Entertainment Group.
